Sing a song to Cookie!

So me was listening to Jimmy Buffett album LICENSE TO CHILL when me notice something! Jimmy Buffett sing a song DIRECTLY TO ME!

There song on there called "Hey Good Looking." Well, lots of people and monsters good looking, that not necessarily mean anything. But THEN there a line in that song that go, "Hey good lookin, what you got, Cookie?" How that for cool? Jimmy Buffett singing a song to Cookie Monster! That pretty cool, huh?

At first me just thought song said "what you got cooking" but Elmo tell me, no, Jimmy Buffett definitely say "COOKIE"! This very cool. But also seem like it a LOT of energy to say high to me! Especially now that me have AWESOME BLOG where you can talk directly to me!

Now me going to practice my cookie recipe me told you about! Cowabunga!

Elmo is nutty little monster

Everybody who read me blog probably know who Elmo is. He little furry red monster. But you may not know Elmo has lots of ideas for other TV shows! He want to do one show called LAW AND ELMO, where Elmo am the judge and get to say things like "Guilty!" and "No bail!" to bad guys, like cookie thieves and such.

Then there C.S.ELMO. Me thought this historical drama where Elmo play British scholar who write magical fantasy novels in his spare time, but me was wrong. Elmo's idea for this is it a show about little red monster who solve mysteries. Elmo tell me he write up proposal and send it to Jerry Bruckheimer but not hear back yet. Me ask if he have his agent send it, he tell me he no have agent! Silly Elmo! Got to have AGENT to get meeting with Jerry Bruckheimer. Me like taking meetings because they give me COOKIES! Anything with cookies OK by me.

Cookie Monster Movie Review: THE INCREDIBLES!

The Incredibles am movie by talented people at PIXAR about family of super-heroes who fight for truth, justice, and COOKIES! In this movie, mean super-villain try to take over the world so him can eat all the cookies by himself. Mister Incredible and his family stop the supervillain and SAVE THE COOKIES!!! Cookies for all!

Me give The Incredibles three and a half cookies! Would be full four cookies but Mister Incredible switch from elegant blue costume to big loud red costume. Looks more like Elmo than Cookie Monster after that! So minus half-cookie for reasons of style.

Hey, what kind of superhero you think me would be? How about...CAPTAIN COOKIE! Me could team up with Super-Grover! What you think of that? What would me costume look like?

Cookie recipe!!!

Hey, everyone! Here am a good cookie recipe for you to try!

STEP ONE: Go to the store! Make sure it store that carry cookies and not a cheese store or book store or something.

STEP TWO: Pick out cookies you want to eat!

STEP THREE: Pay for the cookies! This VERY IMPORTANT step, don't do this, you could get into trouble and have to call Elmo or Ernie or somebody to help you out.

STEP FOUR: EAT THE COOKIES!!!

Me hope this recipe will help you get cookies to eat! Me going to go try it right now!

Hey everyone! Guess who else have blog on Internets? THE INCREDIBLE HULK, that who! Him very interesting fellow, him green like Oscar the Grouch, but less fuzzy and much bigger.

Me like Hulk because him funny guy and because he use pretty good grammar like Cookie Monster. You may not know this, but me rewrite ALL my scenes for Sesame Street when me get scripts! Them writers for the show am smart and funny but not know how to talk right. That's OK, me can fix it.

Cookie Monster movie review: SIGNS

SIGNS am movie by my good friend Mel Gibson. In Mel Gibson's movie, mean aliens come to Earth to steal ALL THE COOKIES. Mel Gibson STOP the aliens and save the cookies!!! This am very good movie with positive message about importance of cookies. Me give SIGNS full FOUR COOKIES! Go out and see movie and eat some cookies, that what me do at the movies.

Me met Mel Gibson when he do Sesame Street couple years ago. He tell me his next movie will be REMAKE of Jimmy Stewart movie MISTER SMITH GO TO WASHINGTON. Me wonder how that turned out, me not read about it in Variety or anything. Hmm.

So when me saw button at web site for "template" me think it must be type of plate you put cookies on. Me was wrong about that. Me picked this one because dots remind me of cookies! What you think of dots? What flavor cookies they be?

HELLO, INTERNETS!

Hello, Internets! Cookie Monster here. HO-HA!

So new season of Sesame Street have me in the news. That OK, me like attention. That why me start blog. But me want to talk about this business of cookies being an "anytime" food. How that happen, the PBS people tell me, if me want to keep getting money to buy cookies with, me have to sing the songs they tell me to. Well, me not happy about that but what can you do? Got to buy cookies. Still, me pretty bummed out by whole thing.

THEN me hear song called, "It Five O Clock Somewhere" by Alan Jackson any me good friend JIMMY BUFFETT. And me think, hey, if it FIVE O'CLOCK somewhere, then SOMETIME also be ANYTIME! So me eat cookies whenever me want! Because cookie time am RIGHT NOW!
